Due to many requests to have a meeting to discuss NASA Rocky Mountain, we've scheduled a time and place. We'll be getting together next Tuesday (the 15th) for pizza/etc. This informal gathering is open to all, both NASA members and non-members. Feel free to pass on the word to anybody interested in discussing where we are now, where we are going in the future and how they can be involved.

Here's a few of the items on the agenda:

Staff Introductions
Tracks and Dates for 2006
Plans beyond 2006
Our Programs (HPDE/Time Trials/Racing/Other)
Worker/Instructor Incentives

Location: Woody's Woodfired Pizza
7095 E Evans Ave
Denver, CO 80224 - 2403
(303) 757-4200
Map It (http://www.dexonline.com/servlet/ActionServlet?pid=singlemappingresults&last10Saved=true&mq=y&primaryBusinessRecordID=-3c52qfe51kpsjear9f29rjqnj5&primaryHeadingID=2915&primaryProductID=1030&resultForm=BASIC)

Date: Tuesday November 15th

Time: 7pm-9pm (feel free to show up as early as 6:30pm)

This will be a great opportunity to ask questions about NASA if you are new to the organization. If you are already familiar with NASA, this will be a chance to bench race over pizza/etc. We look forward to seeing everybody next Tuesday!! Sorry for the short notice, but we wanted to get it done before the holidays were upon us.

Please respond to this thread to RSVP (or email) and let us know how many will attend.

Thanks,

Ludachris

Revkah and I would like to thank everybody who came by for dinner on Tuesday. The turnout of about 20 people was very encouraging and we appreciate the fact that a wide variety of interests and age groups were represented. It was great to meet all of you face to face.

We hope that we gave everybody a quick look at what NASA is about, our philosophies and where we plan to go in the future. If anybody has addititional questions or comments that were not addressed, please post them here or contact us directly.

Again, I apologize for the quality of the DVDs we handed out. We were thinking they were copies of the DVD we showed with the NASA overview and footage from the 2003 25hour. The DVDs handed out were made for the 2004 25hour teams as a highlight promo and while they contain very good content, I'm not 100% impressed with the quality. If anybody would like a copy of the DVD we watched, please let me know and I'll get you a copy burned.
