My wife is the best!!!!! Just unwrapped these yesterday. Hopefully all the brackets are correct. I'll be saving over 50 lbs getting rid of the factory leather seats! I'm shooting for 2800 lbs with this car without going too crazy.

And as far as NASA is concerned, do fixed position seats require anything special? I'm assuming I'll be able to use my factory seat belts for now?

Very nice. I'm looking for a set in tan for my Saleen and a set in grey for the SVO.

It's only money right.

If you're running HPDE, I don't think you need to do anything to the seats. If you're racing, well...different story.:)

You're on a slippery slope.....

Stock 3 point belts may not fit snug over the seat bolsters and down across your lap or chest since the seats were designed to pass through 5 point belts. You might have to go find 5 point belts (please don't buy 4 points). How will the shoulder mounts be mounted? Harness bar? Roll bar?

chris,
as dave eludes to...one upgrade, usually without exception, requires more...

Dave, at this time I have no bars. I'm just using the stock belts for now. The chest belt fits snug, but the lap belt only works going through one of the bolster holes, so it's not as snug as I'd like, but it's actually not that bad. I'll start researching 5-point belts. I'm not putting a cage in for a while and I'm not sure if there are harness bars available for my car.
