Friday track use?

In the e-mail sent out today under the HPDE/TT it says contact NASA about the availability of track time on Friday. What are the details on the availability of track time on Friday? Are all HPDE classes eligible?

I did two days of HPDE1 at PMP in March, so I need all the track time I can get. :o
