Thanks Dave and Revkah. Any chance of a Hanksville challenge ? My car is almost certain to start first :o

Thanks for posting the schedule dave.
Just out of curiousity, why have the lightning races been so much earlier in the day than before ( 12:30 instead of 3 or 4?) I like the fact that its cooler at noon but it also makes it harder to fix a broken car with less time on top of instructing thrown in the mix.

Huh. Good question. I'll move the 2 races later in he day on Sunday.

On the Hanksville - maybe. Does everyody want to do it, or cut out about 1/2 hour earlier?

No Hanksville for me. That's a long drive, and I'll want to get on the road.

thanks

Dave, any word yet as to whether there will be open track time on Friday for tune & test?

If not, will we be able to drop trailer and cars at the track on friday night?

thanks,

Bruce

Dave,

Is the proposed revision for Sat or Sun?

Also, I like the "twisted" grid idea for Sunday - keeps us on our toes.

this is not usually a problem, but then if your calling it at 11pm the gates may be closed (i don't know when gates will close btw)

I know the gates close at 10pm on Thursday, don't know about Friday.

Maybe about midnight, maybe never?

Don't know - we will have an update later to see if we have 24 hour security or not.

The schedule posted in this thread DOES NOT MATCH the schedule in the PDF file that was distributed via email.

Which one is in force ?

Looks like the last HPDE3 session is missing in the PDF, i assume it just got left off after 3:15 course check and before 3:40 HPDE 1/2...

I noticed the same thing this morning as well, the schedule in the PDF attachment doesn't match the schedule in this thread. At this point I'm pretty sure Dave and everyone else coordinating the event are already at Hastings, so your best bet is to ask when you get there.
