Mike, calm down - so many threads. Try reading the information that is already posted. There's no specific time to be there for HPDE. You just need to be there when it opens like everyone else. There is a mandatory HPDE drivers meeting that you need to attend in the morning, and those times will be posted in due time.
In the meantime, go back and read all of the threads in the HPDE section, especially the ones that are stickied. Also, read all of the threads from the PMI event in March.
bottom line. be there earlier than you think because you find yourself running out of time to get everything done before the drivers meeting (you miss that and we'll have a talk that may cost some track time).

Gate opens at 0700. Driver meeting at 0800.
When I drive my truck and tow a trailer, it takes me about an hour from Rockrimmon to the track gate.
If you're driving your car down and back, you'll need to get there as soon as the gates open. You'll want time to go over the car, check tire pressure, remove all loose items, etc. I do all that the days before and then load it on a trailer.
Remember that the track is at a much lower altitude. That means your tire pressure will drop. Be sure to bring a compressor. Since I trailer, I overfill here at home, then bleed out what I don't need.
I have a small tank and a large engine, so I carry extra fuel.
Bring a small tool kit. You never know what you might need to adjust, tighten or fix. Also bring glass cleaner and paper towels to glear the bugs off the windshield. If you have a problem, start asking around. Somebody is bound to be able to help you, or have what you need.
Go over the car very carefully 3-4 days before. Crawl underneath with a flashlight. Check for anything that's loose, broken, worn, etc. If you havn't done it in a while, nows a good time to bleed the brakes and get fresh fluid in there. Remove the tires and check them carefully. Check the brake calipers and pads, spindle bearings, etc. Do it NLT Wednesday, so you have time to fix anything you find. Give the car a bath and clean the windows inside and out. Be sure and clean the rear view mirror. DO NOT change out anything for a race part - like brake pads. Drive the car just as you normally would.
Be sure and get your tech inspection before going down there. It's free and only takes a few minutes.
Bring water. Drink water. Bring shade. Wear a hat and sunscreen. You'll need long sleeves while driving.
Don't forget your helmet.
Relaxe, have a good time. Bring a camera and take pictures. It's a really fun day, on and off the track. You'll be surprised at how quickly the day goes by. I know you're anxious about it now. But when you get there it will all fall in to place.

I wouldn't change anything, because you're already comfortable with the way your hcar handles. If you make changes, you then have another thing to learn. But if anything (pads, tires, bushings, etc) is worn out or marginal, then certainly change that. I just meant don't change anything specifically for a track day. You won't be going that fast anyway.
I carry a small 12V air compressor. $15 at Wally World.
La Juntas is about 110 miles. Figure an easy 90 minutes.

If you need air and dont have a compressor come find me. Big red trailer pulled by a red dodge. I have a compressor, generator and air bubble - you are welcome to use them.

Thanks Man, I'm pretty sure i'll have to take you up on that offer once or twice.
Compressed air can make or break a weekend.
What kind of drivetrain does that car have? FFWD right? What kind of Engine?
