Looks like today is practice. Tomorrow and Saturday is practice and qualifying, Sunday is warmup and racing.

Cody, what kind of times were you running last year?

What kind of inspection process do they do? Do they dyno all the cars or just a few randomly?

Jb holds the CMC record @1:40.6, I ran a 1:40.9 nobody else was under 1:41.xx.
Tech was pretty basic they took the top 5 cars after each race and checked a random thing like ride height.
The top guy after each race was Dynoed also one random dude out of the top five.
After the national Championship I think they dynoed the whole top five.

Dave B is in it too! They're real close. Can't wait to see how they progress through the weekend. Tommy S is looking good.

Ian and Tommy B. are getting used to the track.

Chris M. is also running PTB with Adam McMahan. The fast PTB cars are running high 1.38s.

It's currently raining cats/dogs/squirrels/mice/etc

Thursday update:

As noted, Tommy B and Ian are still learning, but coming up to speed. Tommy has added PTE to get extra track time.

Chris spent some very useful time learning the track with the MO school. I'm starting to remember which way the track goes and getting the car to turn.

Pinholster, Pfadt, MacMahan and Muramoto all running in the ST/SU/PTA/B group seem to be doing ok and looking for quicker laps like everyone else.

Tommy S just finished 5th(I think) in the AI race.
McComb 5th in CMC. I have no rain tires and skipped the race in the downpour.

Scott Bove is doing real well rep'ing RM in 944Cup.

Great news !

and After Scott wins Nationals he plans on taking off all of that high price "cup" equipment and converting the car into "SPEC" ! Should be fun racing with a pro next year.

Your 1:40 would have been 3 seconds faster then the fastest lap in Sundays main event
