RV electrical hookups at HPR are:

One "day" is $35
One "weekend" is $60

If a person buys a "weekend" AND pays for a full day of lapping on Friday they may plug in all day Friday for no extra charge.

Initially the pedestals will be first come, first served, but HPR will eventually have a way to reserve and pay online.

It's controlled and paid for by HPR. First come, first serve.

Best I can do is get you directed towards the AI/CMC compound.

i see a subtle message in that map: "put those knuckledraggers as far from HPDE as possible..." :D

Do we know what time Friday we can start showing up (if we're not doing the lapping)?

This is fuzzy based on previous events. I will find out and let everybody know in the event letterr that goes out.

I for one, am showing up on Thursday.

Also, this map will change a little as the RV hookups are not as shown.

From the HPR site...

Pricing: Full-Day ($150). Half-Days are afternoon only ($90). Half-Day participants won't be allow thru the gate until after 12:30. If you chose to pay at the track, rates are $10 higher. Please be sure to read the Lapping Days Policy for cancellation policy ( rained out or you can't make it). Generally credits for future Lapping Days will be issued rather than refunds. If you can't make it, 48 hour notice is required to get full credit towards another day. No shows will lose 50% of the fee.

You might want to check on the above info concerning half day vs full day.

Here is their lapping day policies which contradicts what is on the lapping day link on the front page.

And that contradicts what the track manager said about 1/2 days... :D

I think the best bet is to call the track with specific questions.

You were quoting the web site and not the manager in your previous post. I don't recall the lapping policy showing am 1/2 day rentals. That is defintely new.

Yes, I was intimating that everyone should verify before booking a lapping day.

I may go out there today to watch the mc and check with Glenn.

The little, unmarked space on the SE corner, by grid, will be for the SPEC e30 race group. :)

Is there a place to put up a tent for sleeping overnight at this event?

Thanks, Swiss24
