I registered for the week end. I would also like to register for the friday night test and tune, but I can't see how. I didn't find anything through NASAProRacing, or PPIR.

Signed up for racing and hopefully a free garage for my inevitably broken car...

I think it's German for "German car". I thought someone told me that your BMW broke this weekend?

By the way, what exactly was your 944's fuel tank problem? Was it the sender falling apart inside the tank and clogging things? I had similar problems with the engine cutting out this weekend (among other things), and I found some treasure inside my tank today...

Looks like they were part of the fuel sender. Now I just have to locate the nut or whatever that was holding it together. I'm sure it's jammed up in a fuel line somewhere now, or the filter...

My ignition coil tried to fall off the car too, but that's another story (its mount un-welded itself from the car). And don't even get me started on the hood problem I had...

Hey Weston,
I never found out what was causing the fuel starvation in my 944. It only happened on hard right hand turns with less than 1/2 tank. The sender checked out, the fuel pump was new (a previous failure) and the intake sock was intact. Not sure if Steve is still having the issue.

My M3 is fine. The crappy tin undertray I was using decided to detach and was grinding on the pavement. It sounded horrible - I thought it was something much more serious and since I already bought a motor this year I pulled off the track at turn 4. When I did that the tray stuck in the dirt and ripped free. By that time everyone was by me and my race was over. I'll try to post some video - before that happened Mac Miller and I were having a great race.
