Any way of gifting someone enrty fee/track time?

Is there anyway to give someone the gift of track time? Besides just giving them the money to register at the time. I was approached with the question, "If I'm a non member and want to hand someone a credit of some sort as a Christmas gift, how would I go about doing that?"
