I'm suprised I couln't find answers to these in the forums yet. What time do we need to be there Sat ?( drivers meeting ?) and will fuel be available at the track for the evening. I figure if I go crazy and run 45 min of each hour that a tank will not get through the event. Can you believe that my Subaru gets 9 mpg on the track ? Good thing it gets 25-30 on the highway coming up from N.M. !! Thanks for the scoop, Cullen

For Saturday please be at the track on time for a driver's meeting at 5pm. We will go green at 6pm. You can arrive anytime on Saturday.
We *should* have fuel available from the same person who was doing gas last time. I will know by tomorrow the details on grades and costs. We will have special rules for refuling during the event and this will be in the acceptance letter going out on Monday.
Since the track will be hot for 3 hours on Sat night and therefore the gates will be closed, don't plan on making any trips to an outside gas station....

Fuel will be available at the track on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday starting at about 4pm or so until 8pm or so. Sunday he should be there by 9am, but he may check out about 3pm or so.
Prices are as follows (but may change slightly due to the insane fuel economy lately):
Unleaded 98 - $6/gallon
Unleaded 104 - $6.20/gallon
Leaded 110 - $6.20/gallon
If you are wanting race gas, please post how many gallons, which days and what type. Let's try to get a complete list by Wednesday so Gary can make sure he's got enough on site.

Well I dont need much race gas, but I may have to fill up with a whole tank sat night. I have no idea how much fuel I'll go through, because I'm still not clear on what we're doing or how it works. I will probably bring a full 6 gallons of 91 just so that I can mix it with 7-8 gallons of 104 sat night instead of buying a whole tank full.

Count me in for 7 gallons of 104 no-lead on Sat and another 7-10 for Sun. Thanks, see you next weekend
