Help us plan and get the right mixture of events in 2006. Take a quick second to take the poll. Select as many as you see fit....

My goal is to start out in HPDE2 and work my way towards HPDE3. I'd love to get to the point of being qualified to do Time Trials, but I'm not sure if I'll have enough events to do that before the season is over.
Very interested in HPDEs, with instruction at first.

This was also my goal/concern. I was planning on doing some test n' tune track days outside of NASA for more seat time to help move up faster in HPDE.

If we were to hold an occasional mid-week HPDE track day, would this be a good idea?
a mid-week may prove difficult for volunteer workers?

My goal for the season will be to make it to about HPDE level 3. Hopefully then for 2007 season I will have had enough instruction and seat time to apply for license and jump in to time trials.

If this is possible, then I'd be all over it. Chris, when I get up there, we need to hook up, because I'll want to follow you around and participate in as much things as you do, but I don't know what all is out there. I would love to do TnT-type track days between HPDEs.
I'd love to the fly Evotuners colors all over the place, too!! :D

test and techs for northern colorado people will likely be hard without a local track.
You guys down towards pueblo should be able to get some decent seat time though I would imagine.

Yes, but not at the expense of weekend HPDEs. Any feedback on Kevin's concern--about volunteers?
i see 17 votes and 7 individuals who have made a post.
i'm wondering, how many have voted for more than one choice? and if there are not multiple votes, what are, if any, comments of the other folks who have voted?

Time Trials in Pueblo. Skipping the rest of the "rocky mountain region tracks" as they are way to far away for time trials events.

I'll start out with HPDE 1/2 and will hopefully move up to 3, if I can get enough track time.
I'd definitely try to get away from work for an occasional mid-week HPDE trackday.

Howdy.
I just signed up, but I've already seen some familiar names.
I've done autocross and open tracking for going on five years now in my '96 Cobra. I also did some instructing at PPIR last year. I'd like to step things up and get my competition license and get into AI, AIX, or CMC. CMC is the most likely series I'd get into since my budget is small and I already have a good candidate in my driveway. So...I'd be up for any events or activities where I could pursue that.

I hit my first goal of making it to HPDE3, so the new goal is becoming eligible for Time Trial competition.
I voted TT and get racing license for this season.
I'd love to see NASA RM host another MMP event this year. One is just not enough!

Voted for getting racing license (which will include racing of course :P ) May have to do TT depending on when I do the first event and have my competition license etc.
