NASA Texas had a race this past weekend. In one of the CMC/AI races, an accident happened.

Response to the rollover wasn't too impressive - were the corner workers trying to decide who should go help him?

after I registered at the site, it told me the post didn't exist - they probably removed it due to insurance or liability issues.

Did something break to cause him to veer off track like that?

When I was reading the Corner Worker Job Description a few week ago I saw that it said Corner Workers don't respond to Ontrack incidents. For some reason it doesn't still say that.
