Top down on convertible OK?

Is top down driving OK in HPDE with a roll bar? The reason I ask is that I don't fit in my car with the top up and helmet on.

that is ok as long as the "roll bar" meets or exceeds our vert requirements.

We prefer that the top is down and securely fastened.
