I have a question regarding the tech fee. I took my car over to 3R and have a form signed by them, but they circled a couple of items (I didn't have my gloves, helmet, and shoes, and I need to cover my battery terminals) that need to be cleared the morning of...I need to pay the $20 fee?

No charge for you Ian... the fee is designed to prevent people from showing up last minute never having had their car looked at.
