Hey Igor,

Send them to this page http://www.facebook.com/pages/NASA-Hyper-Drive/241097522569795?sk=events, have them like the page and then click "I'm attending" on which day they want to do. I believe Dave will contact them to finish getting them signed up. Most of the info is on that fb page as well.
