First off RayBob I'm talking about Minors not miners . As in drivers who are under 18 years of age. Those who work under ground like CJ are always welcome .

Next year I hope Mitchell will be ready to start racing with NASA He has been Karting for a few years and is ready to drive the big stuff. As we were preparing for this change quite a few other minors have shown interest in racing with NASA So ... for 2012 we are talking about starting a new class or sub class or just all join an existing NASA class.

If your interested or know of someone who is let me know !

How far "under 18" are you talking about? I have a grandson interested.

More information to come ...
18-16 is pretty easy/ normal progress
16-14 needs karting or other driving
14-12 is the exception and needs to have been racing and winning in karts for a couple of years.

We will work with anyone to help them get where they want to be . PPKRC is a great group and a perfect training ground for future racers.

How old is your Grandson ?

Chuck, he turns 14 on 9/11.
The only carting experience he's had was at the NASA banquet (he came in 3rd though, less than 1 sec of the winner, yeh, I'm proud) and I took him to the same place about 3 weeks ago. He did well then also.

I guess he'll have to wait 'til he's 16.
