Is there going to be a "host" motel?
If not, is there one location that is preferred over the others?
I checked out the PMP web site and found LaQuinta, Comfort Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Wingate Inn all have special rated for PMI racers. However, I didn't go as far as actually checking the rates.

My host motel will be my house :) .
Seriously, just make sure you are on the north end of Pueblo by the track.
Are you going for both days? What will you be running?
I'll be in HPDE1 with my 86 Saleen.

Revkah has reserved about 60 rooms in the North end of Pueblo for our weekend and they are at a special rate for NASA.
I'll get details posted this afternoon.

I'll be there the whole time including the Friday afternoon before. I've been designated as a Group 1 Instructor and will probably have my '96 Cobra there. I don't have anything else track-worthy yet. I'm looking forward to seeing the Saleen out there.

We have various blocks of room types (singles/doubles/smoking/non/etc) reserved for the Pueblo March event. Rooms are reserved under "NASA Rocky Mountain" and/or "Balingit". If you have any trouble with the reservation, please let us know.
LaQuinta 719-542-3500
$88/night
must reserve by 2/28/06
Booking Code: 09720045707
Days Inn 719-543-8031

Just an FYI--this is the same weekend as the State Baskeball Championship in Pueblo. Make sure to reserve by the above dates or you may end up commuting from Hotels in CO Springs.
RV Camping is permitted at the track, but there are no hookups.
Course Officials, please contact me to let me know if you will be needing a room or not and for which nights.

If you haven't done so yet, make your reservations soon! Certain accomodations are becoming scarce.
I searched rooms in Pueblo this morning and made my reservation at the Quality Inn for the same price as the locations mentioned above. I got their last non-smoking room with two beds they had available.
Most of the other hotels I checked had nothing available that met my (wife and kids) requirements. If you don't need non-smoking, indoor pool or continental breakfast, you'll have more options. Motel 6 was also about half the price of everyone else.

There should be a bunch of rooms that opened up at the Super 8 as well. We have reserved what we needed for workers and released the balance.
