Any garage space to rent for a few months?

Would love to rent a space in the Denver Metro area to be able to work on some cars.....unfortunately snow isn't fun to try and do a venturi delete on a 944 turbo lol.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I'd be more than happy to help wrench on someone's car and throw a little dough their way to have a space to do some work.
