I think its an announcement that we'll be racing on the prairies of where the Genoa track will be. The lap record is held by MHISSTC's Suburban.

I have great memories of PPIR, I first learned to drive my new (at the time) '03 Mustang Cobra and '01 Viper GTS at that track. I also got to clean up Ferrari parts off the track when at least one crash occured during that weekend coming off of the first turn.

I was also there for the last event ever (I think).

Now I gotta see if I can be there Labor Day weekend, race car or not.

I'm confused...I'm not a CO native, only been here a couple years, but all I've heard is that PPIR closed down several years ago. Their website is basically nothing too. Is it reopening or...?
